I think maps could be of some value, because you can't normally download them. So distributors could put something valuable there. Also I've heard about some cases when a special basemap unlocked some regional features. That's why I'm asking.
Making a GCD file from a dump is easy, I will help you with that.
You could probably do that with help of RGN_Tool, but unfortunately it doesn't allow changing the region numbers when contructing a GCD file.

I've updated gfwdump.bin. Now it should dump completely all the available regions. The reserved 256MB should be enough for Honda Goldwing 2006-2008.
