First of all, thanks a lot. Firmware on the first post comes from an USA model but i am pretty sure this is identical to the european. As you're not 100% sure about damages, I will test your dumper on next saturday in my second unit and only in positive case I will try on an european with an SD card.

Do I need to override HWID and SW Version before dumping?

Generally overriding HWID is a bad idea. I'm not familiar with HWIDs of Honda Goldwing and their compatibility. So maybe you would give me a GCD file for the target device and I would make a dumper from it?

US V4.60 has dskimg.bin of 108544 bytes for Section 3305 Region 33. Only boot.bin & fw_all.bin were contained in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Any significance?

I've updated the previous dumper, as it has a minor mistake. And added a dumper for EU models.

A dumper for HWID 265:
DUMPER: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
ORIGINAL FIRMWARE: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

A dumper for HWID506 (EU model):
DUMPER: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
ORIGINAL FIRMWARE: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

The dumper should dump regions 0x0E (main firmware), 0x11, 0x13 (audio data) to fiiles on CF card named rgn0x0E.bin and so on.
Then you can probably localize your device with the dumped regions. And we can probably dump that 360€ firmware mod and use it for free.
