    If your unit is bricked/frozen then follow the procedure you quoted by lolipop000 above. If you don't understand or have problems read:

    If you need more help, post in the Cure3 thread, but only after thoroughly reading everything.

    good day. mine was a 1300 and is stuck on software loading. it jusst stops there. i also try to use the garmin cure but to no avail, if i click on updater, it suddenly disappear so i will open again the updater.exe and still the same

    Have you got latest Garmin USB Drivers loaded on the PC? Try loading them again: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
