I don't have 2465 now. I flashed 2465SgMy to 23xx US (with original boot.bin) and ok. (I did not change hwid to 23xxUS at that time so I don't know exactly 23xx can go to 2465SgMy or not.)
At first just try to use original 23xx boot + 2465SgMy fw_all and see what happen.
If fail., so you know the second way to go.

I guess bpb can answer this question. He has 2465SgMy now.
