Can you check if the PC detects any new devices when you connect your nuvi with ORIGINAL firmware (open device manager and then connect the cable)?
Is it possible that your cable is a Garmin Service USB cable?
No, my pc doesn´t detect anything, it´s like me connecting the bare cable... i´ve tried several cables with same result. i don´t what else to do...
