I think that the only way to get oem.xml would be to dump the regions on the 3760 (Assuming that it works the same as 13xx).
I would suppose that the BMW unit will also have a custom logo.bin, by dumping all the regions it would make both accessible.
BMW units use custom mounts with Audio Out and another wire that talks to headunit, I think it is mute or something ?
