Another reason to flash 37xx->34хх. On the same map (CN Russia NT2014.10) 34хх show ALL 3D buildigs, but 3790 only few.
Here is the sample (Domodedovo airport in Moscow)

Or may be its error from maker of this map - Navicom and on other maps all OK?
