In 34xx in Settings/Language&Keyboard/Keyboard Layout you can set it to qwerty.
In post n1 you can download 34xx keyboards from Paramas' files

Have you deleted old 37xx folders as written in starting post and downloaded new ones with Webupdater? Have you cleared non vol ?
