I think some users post here and everywhere (pointlessly) just to increase their posts count and even dont read post n1
The goal is to reach 10 posts to see the links they wont see if they dont hit Like button and they could see with just 1 post. ... But, reading rules or announcements or everywhere on forum ,seems to be an hard accomplishment for them.
