I have garmin 3790lmt and has a microphone.. i tried to upgrade exactly as in post#1, thrice...still no voice command, mp3 and video player enabled when degraded to 3790 I see voice command..I doubt problem with new firmware..May be I should try with old 7.0 firmware...

Have any one upgraded successfully enabling all features with new firmware 7.1/7.2? Thanks for your reply.
