From what I understand:Hello, I need two files 140.bin of series 3xxx, one with PhotoReal JCV enabled and one with this option disabled. This option must be the ONLY CHANGE between the two files.
He created the executable by following these specific addresses. But PhotoReal JCV address that you have? In practice, make a box at most of the 23 already does not cost anything .... but where would write in 140.bin? Perhaps 2A ??Region 140 features:

If you enable all the features following post n1 and other threads linked there (useless to repeat all again, read it with care and save your time) you'll have an Mp3 player, Video player and Voice Commands in devices with microphone available in their hardware.

I have garmin 3790lmt and has a microphone.. i tried to upgrade exactly as in post#1, thrice...still no voice command, mp3 and video player enabledwhen degraded to 3790 I see voice command..I doubt problem with new firmware..May be I should try with old 7.0 firmware...
Have any one upgraded successfully enabling all features with new firmware 7.1/7.2? Thanks for your reply.

If you convert 3760T WITHOUT lifetime maps to 3490, will webupdater treat is as if it now has lifetime maps?
