Looks like succeed in recovering BlueTooth in 34xx. I don't know if it will work always, but for me it worked.
    I executed this batch:
    xrgn,34,1:/34.bin
    ergn,41
    xrgn,34,1:/34.bin
Where 34.bin is region 34 backup. From offset 0x10 are not FF, but some info.
And, even startup screen shows 34xx, BT is working.

Yes, it works. That's how I cloned a 3450 device and converted my 3750 into a full 3450. BT looks like it is working but it is not. If you disable it and try to re-enable it in the BT menu, it won't because the BT chip is not soldered on the board.

    turboccc,

When you "cloned" the 3450 and converted your 3750 into a 3450, did you end up with full functionality just as if the older 3750 was a 3450?

I have a 3790 and would love to be able to convert it into a 3490 to have the new routing v3.0, but especially to be able to use a GTM-60 with the newer HD traffic features.

Based on what you were able to do, do you think it's possible to convert a 3790 to a 3490 ?

    Thanks.

3790 can be converted to 3490 easy way, as it was described by Catymag
