I can tell that ASR on 22xx requires 128 MB of RAM, it won't work on unit with 64 MB. I know because I've seen some initialization code in firmwareBut maybe with other firmware things will be different. Also I don't think ASR somehow somehow depends on splash number. It depends on device model number, OEM settings in flash and on RAM size.
