Thread: Nuvi 3770 Thai software up to v.2.50

I've had a Nüvi 3770 for about two weeks now, and it's getting to the point of being unusable. In the middle of navigating somewhere, it will crash and restart without warning. It even loses its satellite fixes, so that when it restarts, you have to wait for it to lock on to the satellites again which can take several minutes. Very frustrating and if I don't see a firmware fix from ESRI in the next week or so, I'm taking it back and asking for a refund.

BTW, ESRI did say that a workaround was to set the map detail to 'normal' and not 'most', but this had no effect for me.

If you are thinking of buying a Nuvi 3770, don't do it until this problem is fixed.
