Yes, I got this Garmin 1450 from the Taiwan, the text is in Portuguese.
I could not webuptader by a voice in Portuguese for the unit.
I have already put other voices in Portuguese on the device, but the voices that are used in other Garmin models: eg 1300 or 1310.
The device informs you that the audio is not compatible.

The HWID B1103 is the software version is 3.30, the update webupdater no voice or program for garmin 1450.

I'd like to help one of how to get the audio in Portuguese.

I tried to modify gupdate.gcd for 1450TWN hwid1103 to accept Portuguese_Brazilian_Raquel.vpm
It is a rgn file.
Please report me it works or not.
