This unit finally I sent to the workshop to fixed, it works. Another problem is the keyboard layout is ABCD, I can not change the keyboard layout to be QWERTY, on the keyboard setting Mode only American English available. Before they fixed the problem the keyboard layout is QWERTY. I checked in the Keyboard folder was empty file. Any downloadable keyboard files to make it works and how is tricks,
