3750US is possible to be flashed with CHN2.40
3750US use the same FW as 3790US.
3790US can't .
?!?!? ...It depend on hardware ?!?!

Most probably it depends on regions and PCB. Nuvi memory is devided on regions.

PCB Version ::
3790US converted to Sg/My 2.30 = 6
original 3770TH = 8
original 3790Sg/My = 8
3750US converted to CHN = 8
3790 TWN = 12
3790US = 13
3790US converted to Sg/My 2.30 = 6 then try to CHN2.40 twice&failed with rebooting -->back to Sg/My 2.30 = 14 (for a while and then be 6)

I got more info that 3790US PCB version = 8 (same as 3750US - turboccc) also can't go to CHN2.40 (Rebooting problem.)
Maybe PCB version is not the answer.

My nuvi3750 has PCB Version 14, after it was flashed with CHN. It was shiped PCB V8 and US FW.
I use US boot 3.90., not sure if it makes any difference.
