It's the same boot.bin & resources.bin as v3.60
just different in fw_all.bin
v3.83 = 12.3 MB (12,964,352 bytes)
v3.60 = 12.2 MB (12,876,800 bytes).
Maybe it's not big different.But the newer is usually better.
