Hi,
A friend of mine patched his etrex 20 (version 3.00).
He told me it has worked, but when he checked firmware page on eTrex, it was still written "software version 3.00" and not "patched version 3.00"
Is it normal ?

If he had checked "Don't change the about page and..." it is normal! In any case if JNX is viewed - no problem! Alex Whiter is Man!
