BTW, the adjusted version number should be written in SoftwareVersion tag in GarminDevice.xml file on the device disk.

The patcher is updated to 2.13.
Recognition of Alpha 100 firmwares added, as well as support of the latest FW version 2.87 for eTrex 20/30.

I have for a couple of years used the firmware patcher but now want to sell my Oregon and move up to a bigger screen.

Can anyone please point me in the direction of what to do to reset the Oregon to the genuine firmware please? I really don't want to break this unit.

Is it just as simple as downloading the latest Firmware from Garmin and updating?

Yes. Simple installing any original firmware is enough.

Hi to everyone,

I have a problem with my Garmin Astro 320. I patched 2.80 FW and I load JNX files in the memory of GPS. When I Turn My Garmin 320 On It Starts To Boot Up And Turns Off after 3-4 sec. What should I do ?

Please help...

Not sure it works with Astro but it worked in Dakota
