OREGON 7xx Web Updater Version 3.70 patched with patcher 3.60 seems to be OK.
OREGON 7xx Web Updater Version 3.90 patched with patcher 3.60 is OK for displaying jnx, but like in fw version 3.40, there is an issue where active track points would be deleted over a power cycle.
Could you please check if this problem exists in the original firmware?

If I am going over the official webside I have to use Garmin Express and cannot patch it...

Any idea what is wrong now?
Thanks!

Turn on "Adjust firmware version" checkbox in the patcher window, and change the value in the edit field to, say, 1. After this, patch the firmware 3.90.
The patcher version will become 3.91, and you'll be able to install it over the 3.90 you already have without the settings reset.
Version 3.70 released.
What's new:
* Support of Avtex Tourer One Plus and Fenix 5 Plus family devices.
* Search pattern for Drive family devices and RV/Camper 770 improved to support recently released firmwares.
* Recognition of Atemos 50 and 100, Descent Mk1, Edge 520 Plus, GPSMAP 64sc SiteSurvey and several localized devices added.
