Wow , android Jelly bean , that's too bad . I got some used devoce for 50 $, but I will skip , its not worth to run a android 4.2.2 anymore .

Add Garmin Monterra to the list.
Android 4.0
Designed for outdoor/hiking/geocaching but throw a CityNavigator map on it and you have turn-by-turn automotive support with voice navigation. Be aware that due to the age of Android 4.0 you can no longer use the Google services like the play store.
