Probably it is usual Garmin SW. Some features are close intentionally.
Rotation of screen is present in help by the way. JNX maps is supported too. For hardware device the features may be open by changing of 140.bin (region). I think in this case must be some tricks too.

We waiting voodoo cn to do the fix 2 in regard changing area & other stuff to opreate normal
I thing this is about Java lan in apk content or some missing files in GARMIN folder
Any one have same device may help in missing folders

Help is often universal.
I didn't check if both orientations exist in the apk and if they are active. If they are, then voodoo can correct it if he has the will
