Importing or exporting your Favorites as a GPX file.
Copy your GPX file in the .....\Garmin\GPX\ folder. Then load the file: Settings>Device>Import/Export GPX

    Importing custom POI files
You can copy your custom POis in the .....\Garmin\POI\ folder.
YOU CAN'T SEARCH FOR THEM IN THE LIST (list appears empty) but the POI icons are shown on the map.
POI icons must be .bmp type, 24 bit color depth and up to 24x24 pixels. They are magnified on the screen according to your screen's resolution.
If you want some area on the icon to appear transparent, paint it with magenta color (RGB 255, 0, 255) but now save the icon as bmp with 8 bit color depth.
For custom Camera POIs do not include in the folder (for PoiLoader) any .wav files. This way, when you reach the notification distance for a camera, you will hear "ding-ding" and you will see the notification on the screen.

    help

step by step instalation on phone

    Download GPX to Garmin GPS
    Spoiler: info+Download+link
To download gpx to any Garmin GPS, use ExpertGPS gps mapping software. Download GPX files to waypoints, routes, and tracklogs on your Garmin GPS receiver. ExpertGPS uses GPX as its native format, and has no problem reading GPX files that were originally created for a different GPS receiver. ExpertGPS handles the differences between Garmin, Magellan, and Lowrance GPS receivers, so that when you use ExpertGPS to download GPX to your Garmin GPS, you get perfect waypoints and tracks on your Garmin. ExpertGPS was written by TopoGrafix, the maintainers of the GPX File Format Standard, so you know you're getting a proven GPX program.
    No data lock-in with ExpertGPS
When you use the software from your GPS manufacturer to manage your GPS data and download GPX files to your Garmin GPS, you risk getting locked-in to a proprietary program. GPS technology changes all the time, and Garmin uses MapSource to keep you locked to their data format and line of GPS receivers. By choosing ExpertGPS as your software to download GPX files to your GPS, you're ensuring that if you switch brand loyalty in the future, you'll be able to transfer all of your existing Garmin data, and you won't have to learn a whole new program to work with your new GPS. Plus, ExpertGPS is tailored exactly to the capabilities of your Garmin GPS receiver. ExpertGPS will even warn you if you try to send more waypoints or track data to your Garmin GPS than will fit in the GPS receiver's memory. That's why it makes sense to download GPX to Garmin GPS receivers using ExpertGPS instead of Garmin's software.

    I have Huawei Mate 20 X (7.2" screen) with Android 9

I got the same behavior after installation : Have to disable GPS in order to launch the apps.

With GPS Off: I can browse, simulate navigation with voice prompt, search POI.... everything works fine except it crashes right after turn on GPS.

It would be very appreciated to have a version to support GPS signal on.

** I tried to use an external GPS with Bluetooth, it also crashes once it is enabled **

Dear Tatanic… It would be very appreciated to take a look on Android 9. Looks like it really running excellent with Location Services disabled. All the software functionalities work well. However, when the Location Services is enabled, the software exit right the way. Your great work is appreciated.

Try setting your system to Permissive mode.
