I am not sure about question #2. But from what I remember, there is no difference in regards to alerts in versions 2.33 to 2.37. Also I think others did get Streetpilot to beep for Redcams/Speedcams.
which version should i download for note 3?
All I can say is if that device powered by Arm CPU then most likely Streetpilot will work. However if it powered by Intel CPU, then it will Not work.
Find out how the memory partition looks inside the device then use a matching path Apk or make your own APK with Streetpilot Path Changer v2.7.
Thanks Flagmax
but it didn't work... the extSDcard path on the Samsung S5 must have a different name for the program you sent me installs perfectly but it doesn't locate the Garmin folder so everything is Blank.
The file I started with was StreetPilot_2.37pi_sdcard0_signed.apk and yes the Speed Cams show on Back, there is an screen alert on the next lane name but no Bip no voice anouncement of Speedcam.
Does anyone who installed it on the Samsung S5 can post what is the path name for the External memory card?
Thanks in advance
check by file manager it read external memory to which name ?
Can I use CNEUNTU 2016.10 (City Navigator Europe NTU 2016.1) for this ANDROID Street Pilot 2?
Or do I have to use the NT version of this?
@Mollex
Note n.4 from starting post:
If you want JCV showing, you must use picture size 212*234 version split screen for 40/50 etc series.
For CNE only NTU version provides it, so use CNE NTU if you want JCV working.
You have to navigate to get to the good.

Hello All,
Finally, it works for me with installation on internal phone storage.
Galaxy S5 Lollipop non-rooted, v5.0
Garmin SP v2.37
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/
Thank you very much for your hard work.
Anvl Is this the path for the external SD card?
If so can you send me the patched *.apk... I can't make the patch program to work
thks and Rgds
Caputogio,
No, this is the path on internal phone storage.
I have tried many paths with my external SD storage, but no success. It is probably due to Lollipop's limited access of external card; I might be wrong.
I wish I could install SP on the external card to relieve ~ 2 GB of my precious internal storage. :-)
Hopefully, someone here could help/guide us how to install this Garmin SP on a SD card.
