I have a Motorola RAZR HD 925 XT and after many attempts I could make it work but I can not make the voice to work, I have download the voices and copy the voice folder over the voice folder on the Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin/, I have a Kit Kat 4.4.2 what can I do for make it work??

Try to adjust volume slider in Street Pilot. Also use something like app Audio Guru and make sure device volumes Media, System are not muted. When you switch the Voice language in Street Pilot, it should say "Searching for Satellites." I don't know what else it could be.
