Try installing root explorer from the first post. Open it up and hit the "+" and select "# Root Tab". Even though you are not rooted you should still be able to go to data/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/lib and see the 2 files. Many file explorers will not allow you to browse the root of the device.

The vold.fstab shows ' dev_mount sdcard /storage/extSdCard auto ....' which looks similar to the tab2 which I successfully installed. Sorry for earlier truncated name.

Seems to me your apk is ok.
Will try rooting, but EVERY TIME I connect the Tab3 to lappy, the device driver will start loading though successful.
The 2 volumes on windows file explorer,sdcard and tablet, occasionally disappear. That makes me uncomfortable to root as the firmware is >1GB.Last edited by any06; 4th December 2013 at 02:17 AM.
