First i would like to thanks Catymag for the great work.

i follow the instractions and everithing work perfect.
i have samsung note 1 custom rom and garmin folder to internal sdcard.
i created a map folder in to garmin and i put my maps there.
everythinh works perfect but i cant see the poi labels on map.
can anyone help.

Its working fine in SGS3 non rooted . Thanks for the nice application.

How can I change POI options ? (It is sowing very less).
And How to enter full address like street name and house address like that ? I tried but I couldn't.

You cant add more pois in navigation, read the post I linked before.
To enter an address create the shortcut to your Where too page: add shortcut. Read the thread, it's explained already in previous posts with pictures and all.

Will this Street Pilot work on any Samsung Galaxy S2, Android 4.1.2 Model or is it processor dependent? ie. Model I9100 Model only? Or also on Model Skyrocket I727, Model I777 etc.
Answer:
I took a chance and bought an I9100. (I "couldn't try it" because I didn't have it..) It works fine with this Garmin Street Pilot 2.16 on: Android 4.1.2; Kernel:XWLSZ; Unrooted. Didn't have to install/modify any Libgarmos; installed to /sdcard (which is the internal "simulated" SD card). UnitID:88888888;

It should work on any of those. Try it and see for yourself.
