It's the maps from Mapear Project!! I installed City Navigation South America and works fine no crashes at all. Calculate any Route and works fine de 2013 version it's pretty complete, 3D Buildings, etc. and have small’s towns too.

tested and working like a charm on sgs2, root, Omega rom v.23.
In my opinion the explanation is a bit fuzzy, so here is a more "streamlined" version of the install process:

Install Garmin Street Pilot 2.16 APK on a rooted phone, don't run!

- open Root Explorer and copy libgarminos.so to root/data/data/com.Garmin.Android.apps.gmobilext/lib/ (if not present create this directory)
- copy libgmxt.so to root/system/lib/ (be sure your system partition is remounted for read and write.)
- Modify permissions:
Read permissions: user, group and other
Write permissions: user
- Root\sdcard\Garmin\Map (put any .img inside, create dir if necessary)
- Root\sdcard\Garmin\.System\JCV
- Root\sdcard\Garmin\voice (.vpm formats only!)
- Root\sdcard\Garmin\.System\POI
- Root\sdcard\Garmin\.System\GPX

to add “address” search in the “where to” menu: add shortcut (bottom of page), search

Using NT map you can try series 1xxx jcv and give us feedback

Firstly i want thanks catymag and other guys in this forum because of this guide and garmin sp works well in my note 2.
the maps working well but i have a problem with junction views, I'm tried most all the maps which i'm download from garmin update website but mostly i still get this error "this model does not support sg/my jcv feature"
can some one help me please..

Just sg/my Nuvis can see sg/my jcv, no solution actually. This app is ported from Taiwan Asus Padfone , it doesn't exist for other Android devices.

It can be for various different reasons: not supported rom, wrong placed Garmin folder, wrong libgarminos , insufficient memory etc
Restart from scratch following post n1 step by step.

I would be very happy to have a recepie similar to this one for unrooted galaxy phones. I tried for my sgs2 with no result so far.
