Garmin Topo Great Britain v2 for MapSource 6.13.7

No installation needed, only unzip 'Topo Great Britain v2.zip' to the Garmin directory and add the topo map to the registry, by double click the included 'Topo Great Britain v2.reg' registry file.
An 'uninstall.bat' is available to remove both the registry entry and the \Topo Great Britain v2\ directory.

Total RAR files size: 1.41 GB

Unrar the downloaded files to a [tempory] directory (no password needed) and follow the instructions in the '!Readme_First.txt' file.

Notice: This Topo only works till MapSource version 6.13.7
An error is displayed in a higher version of MapSource (use the 'uninstall.bat' file then to remove Topo Great Britain v2 again.

I came across a program in the tools section called Mapsource Maps Compatibility v0.2Beta which fixes the registry entry and allows the Topo maps to be used with later versions of Mapsource. Worked for me.

sorry.. but I'm a newbie to this. How do I download the files without being hijacked to Rapidshare and geting forced to pay?

When you arrive at the Rapidshare site, you have the choice to use the free download option. Much slower and does not support restart, but it is free. You then need patience to download the files sequentially rather than queue and forget.

Download the JDownloader from on this site ITS FREE run it then copy and paste each link as a shortcut YOU MUST COPY it as a shortcut into the url section press parse button copy each link seperate when you have all the links press the download button on the jdownloader it does the rest for you it downloads all the files BUT it may take a few hours or even a lot of hours
tip I also join rapid share for a month or week about 6 euro and download LOADS of stuff in the time allowed to me its worth 6 euro for may be 5 or 6 new maps BUT if you have the time the jdownloader will do it for free but it can only download 1 file at a time on the free service but it does svae you having to do each link seperate
