thanks catymag. i used the bottom link you provided. i've installed the mapsource software i'm just struggling to unlock the Europe 2010 map. do i use the jetmouse keygen?

From the menu: Utilities/Manage map products->unlock regions->add->then enter id from Jet Mouse KG in first field and name of the map in second field.
