    To update the old version " RO.A.D. 2008 v3.01 MapSource Version" to "2009.10 or update 3.02"
    just i have to download the above .exe save it in the same directory and then run it?

    you should have RO.A.D. 2008 v3.01 MapSource Version installed and then run the new update exe file.
