Okey, I found a solution for nufan problem.
I have a nuvi 260, when u turn on the Nuvi, DO not put the SD card in,, u just boot the Nuvi with internal North America Map
Then go to Tools Setting, Map , , then insert your SD card , click the Map Info to verify that you have additional maps , then just use the View Map , to got to Australia, Manila , Thailand etc
This works and was tested in a Nuvi 260
