First of all thanks for the upload!

But I've a problem.
After unpacking the files into the right directory and running the .reg Mapsource doesn't find the card-set.
I already updated Mapsource, tried to unlock it via keygen, but MapSource keeps telling me the card-set isn't installed.

What am I doing wrong?

have done this?
Unzip the Folder FAM_1088 to C:\Garmin. Execute the "Land Navigator Italia v1.reg".
Are you running Win 7?--this wont run on 7--
--mapsource is no good on windows 7 -64 bit

Yes!
C:\Garmin\FAM_1088

Executed the .reg

And no it's a Windows Vista-64bit System, not Windows7
Actually Germany Topo V2 and City Navigator Europe 2009 are running on my System.

Any idea?

I fixed it myself!

The reg was wrong for me...
Don't know why.

Had to change it from your original:
