Great iwas waiting for this. I compared kuwait map a lot of changes have been done.
1- use winrar to unzip
2- install using \Garmin_RMU_CNMENT2010\IMG\CNMENT2010Update_ENU.msi for english
3- use MapReverseConverterENU.exe if you like to use 6.13.7
4- use jetmouse to get your key or use unlocker All to unlock your map under 6.13.7 ver
5- unlock your map.

Please help.
I downloaded "Garmin_RMU_CNMENT2010.rar" from "rapidshare". When I unzipped it, I found one file "Garmin_RMU_CNMENT2010.exe". I could not find "CNMENT2010Update_ENU.ms". When I ran "Garmin_RMU_CNMENT2010.exe", a product key was requested.
I appreciate anybody's feedback.

Hi All, I unpacked the setup file by winrar but it asked to connect my gps unit which i did
but its asking for product key ,,appreciate anyone's reply

It works like charm.... i tried with map source not with SD card.
used keygen 1.5 to generate keys and uploaded the map to my Nuvi 765T directrly...
