it's unlocked, just put them in your Garmin folder or in your mmc in a folder named Garmin, one gmapsupp.img per mmc. if you want more than one merge them in one gmapsupp.img

Thanks catymag, can you tell me how to merge gmapsupp.img for two or more maps and if posibble how to eliminate maps on my unit?

Right now I have on the gps the CN NAM 2010.30 US Only and the CN Mex 2008.1 merged onto the gmapsupp.img of the unit. I also have the CN NAM NT 2010.20 (Mexico Only) on my SD card but this one is easy to remove.

What I would like to do is to leave the CN NAM 2010.30 that came with the unit on the unit and the CN NAM 2010.30 Complete that you kindly pointed to on the SD...

Your help is greatly appreciated!!!, I'm the newbiest of the newbies!

    Can you explain better please?
What do you have in your unit?
What do you want in your mmc?
You cant have CN NAM 2010.30 in your unit and CN NAM 2010.30 Complete in the same device, they'r the same map!!
Leave the CN NAM 2010.30( I suppose you dont have Canada and Mexico) in your unit, merge new Canada and Mexico IMGs in one map with gmaptool.exe and put the new gmapsupp.img in a folder named Garmin in your mmc: you'll have CN NAM 2010.30 Complete
