Thanks for suggestion with 2 instances opened, but its drawback is when move each map they will not aligned with each other. Even with two separated screen this will be still be difficult to compare side by side.

I will stick with my original method that switch back and forth between two maps, this way the position of both map will be the same and my eyes can detect the changes easier than compare side by side.
