I guess you're using an Asian device localized to somewhere other than TH [PH, SG/MY, TWN, ID etc]. To use TH VCJ file in another Asian unit, you must first patch the file using this tool: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Maybe it will also work to hard reset and change the locale to Thailand.
