All works fine for me in multiple units 2350, 2460, dezl560, and a couple of 37x0. Check the path and file name/extension is correct, try hard resetting the unit and if that doesn't help download D3299090A.JCV again.

Garmin Sensis has been issued only twice a year for a while now. Next will be 2015.40 in around Feb 15 going by previous recent issues. HERE [Navteq] is the official Garmin OEM map data supplier since Feb 12 and gets 4 updates a year still.'Thanking Posts' are banned. been a while since I played with my Garmin. I have a Nuvi 3790 running as a 3490, now on firmware 8.20. Also just updated map to 2015.20 Sensis.
Is there a 34xx version of the ASR file available for Sensis or only for Here map version? The one I have does not work for all speech recognition functions.

Ditto for me, Sensis 3790LM>3490 is offered other 34x0 specific files but not map specific ASR2 files required for full voice command operation. It's been a problem to get them for previous sensis versions too. Both ASR 1&2 for [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] are available though and 2015.40 will be officially out soon for both HERE & Sensis. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] but no ASR of either type available until official release possibly.
