Easiest way for you is to get a clean minimum 4GB microSD card to use in your device. Create a root folder named Garmin and put the image in there named gmapsupp.img. The image is locked, so after extracting the rar files to obtain the image you'll need to unlock it with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
