Untouched means the map is shared the way it was gotten. This Map is sold and came locked; but without personal data, so can be shared untouched.
Unlocked means the map was unlocked (with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] in my case). So, it is ready to function, just add in Map folder in SD Card.
We can also have the locked, that (not necessarily) means the personal information were removed to safety share ; but not unlocked... We use Hex Editor to remove the personal data:

It`s never too much remember that advanced users prefer locked or untouched maps, because already unlocked brought troubles in some cases...
