I have no problems downloading from 1fichier. Depending on time of the day the rate varies between 50kB and 200kB/s. Opposite to other hosters, 1fichier has the great advantage that you can pause downloads and continue them later if you are downloading with a manager like JDownloader e.g. Also 1fichier does not nerve with captchas like some other hosters. There seems to be a bottleneck between your place and 1fichier. Thats silly.
