I'm asking for help. I have folder with the program City Navigator Russia NT 2015.10 - Navicom.gmap. But to complete the setup of the program I need additional installation files, similar to those in european version:

City Navigator Europe (Unicode) NT 2014.40.gmap
CNEUNT2014_40UpdateU.msi
Disk1.cab
Disk1U.cab
Disk_32.cab
USB_32.msi

Is it possible to create similar installation files for setup of City Navigator Russia NT 2015.10? Otherwise, give me some hints where I can find information on how to create this installation package.
