Most likely, it is a bug of the compiler cGPSmapper.
Look at TRE date of other non-NT maps created by the cGPSmapper, for example see [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

It's not so much the year 2005 that is surprising. It's the non-existing date February 31st!
