Files D3568090A.JCV and D3599090A.JCV have the same resolution and are in split format (212*234). It is my assumption that the larger file just contains more images. The nüvi 7x5 typically uses full size JCV images. Guess it's your choice, based on memory space available.Originally Posted by casemiro

Just faster...; but I think your answer were more direct and clearer; I guess the same about this device, it uses the full screen JCV (I do not seem it here), but I guess also both files fits (I guess a new firmware make this device can handle a split screen; maybe neither exist anymore the full screen JCV).
