Presented below is a patched CN PH 2013.40 JCV file that should work without the need of PH firmware. I have tested it in simulation mode. But I need people living in Philippines to do some road tests to verify the pictures displayed really match the roads and signs at the actual junctions. Thank you for your feedback in advance.

Thanks a lot syzygy. The JCV patch is working on my device and not just on simulation mode. Any advise on how you did the patching?

Thanks for the feedback. The patching is done by a tool which I will release in the near future.

The junction view function does not work if other maps are activated e.g. roadguide ph. Just for your info.
