Then I put the unlocked image to Oregon 400t GPSr (non China version) but I found there is still shift exists.
For example, I choose a POI from GPSr, Inter Continental Shanghai Expo.
Its coordinate in GPSr is 31'12.068" 121'30.029".
But I check the same POI in Google Maps, the coordinate is 31'11.949" 121'30.318"!
There is a quite large distance between these two coordinates!

    If I miss something?
Should I use a China basemap? or 006B082300.bin files?

    Thank you.

You already have the right Venus shift-corrected map installed. If you enter your GPSr coordinates to Google Earth (NOTE: not Google Map) you will find it is exactly the location of that hotel, even with 3D view of the building.

The Google Map you quoted has shift added to it as required by the law of PRC.

    Hi syzygy,

    Thanks for your comment.
It's really the actual coordinate in Google Earth.
This is my first time to use Venus shift-corrected map.
Anyway, it's very useful for me.

    Thanks a lot.
