Thank you but can not seem to get the ASR1 from link as it states file(s) no longer found. Also tried the CCF etc and it requires JAVA runtime which I no longer allow to run on my machine(s). A different link perhaps?

Links from post 1 and 3 work perfectly fine. In post 1 select the "Download". Scroll down to part 1 and select the "down arrow". Next screen, scroll down and select "slow download". Wait the 60 seconds and then uncheck "Download with FileFactory's download manager" and then click on "Click here to begin your download". Do the same for the other parts.
