Neil, better analyzing your information accurate, I can deduce that the key seems to be the .srd files, since the ASR and SRX are those related to the map and are the same used in 2012 (34, 35xx . .) devices using the voice command. So would be the case of studying the file pt_br.srd and find ways to match it with their text files and voice TTS2, to enable voice command.
