Probably virtirix simply didn't realise that extracting Part 1 automatically extracts Parts 2 & 3 when they are together in the same folder. In fact initially extracting any rar part (1 [370MB], 2 [370MB] or 3 [364.56MB]) will subsequently extract the other 2 to yield the gmapprom.img.
